After graduating from law school, Mr. Massey worked as an Administrative Law Judge for the State of Arizona for four years. Thereafter, Mr. Massey gained extensive trial experience while working as an Insurance Defense Lawyer representing various insurance companies and healthcare professionals in the State of Arizona. Subsequently, after forming the law firms of Surrano and Massey, P.C., and later Massey & Finley, P.C., Mr. Massey began, and continues to this day representing individuals, companies, or other groups who have been injured through the negligence or intentional actions of others. This would include claims or lawsuits against various entities including, but not limited to, the following:

Various Corporations Nursing Homes The State of Arizona Municipalities or Cities Various healthcare providers, such as hospitals or physicians Individuals and organizations causing injury or abuse to children Insurance Companies

As an illustration of the success of Mr. Massey and his law practice, through the years of 2010 and 2011 Mr. Massey’s law firm was able to recover through award, settlement, or judgment, well in excess of 14.5 million dollars for his injured clients. As stated above, Mr. Massey has extensive trial experience both in Arizona, as well as in various other states and, as such, is licensed as a Certified Specialist in Personal Injury and Wrongful Death in the State of Arizona. Mr. Massey formed his individual law firm in 2000 and today The Massey Law Firm continues to proudly and vigorously represent it’s clients.
